GTMBuildr provides software tools for go-to-market analysis, content generation, and related workflows. Features and availability may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and other users.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
You will not misuse the service — including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law, or use outputs to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Outputs are generated to assist your workflow and are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for compliance with regulations that apply to your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTMBuildr and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars, except where prohibited by law.
